Among his previous roles Ofer served as an operation manager and a COO of a large desalination plant, along with projects focusing on improving and accelerating desalination plants production; Ofer Specialized in leading digital transformation processes and vast experience with dealing and reporting to diverse governmental authorities and regulators.

Etti specialized in the audit department of the accounting firm Somekh-Chaikin, KPMG in the technology department. Before Joining Megalim Etti held the position of a sector controller in the logistics and shipping company Orian.
Etti Brings an extensive knowledge in finance, financial management and in the unique accounting of B.O.T concessions agreements.
